What is the EventFlow Membership module?

It is a built-in toolset for chambers of commerce and member associations to manage their member businesses inside EventFlow. It includes a member directory, dues and renewal billing, member invoicing, and an automated member health / churn-risk score.

How do companies turn on Membership?

Membership is gated by the feature_membership flag. A platform admin enables it in Feature Management, and a Company Admin can show or hide it from their workspace under Workspace Preferences. Once enabled, the Member Directory, Dues Management, Member Invoices, and Member Health Score pages appear in the sidebar for Company Admins.

Is membership dues billing the same as my EventFlow subscription?

No. Member dues billing is completely isolated from your EventFlow subscription. Dues invoices use their own membership plans and invoices, so charging your members never touches your own EventFlow plan or billing.

How is the Member Health Score calculated?

A scheduled job runs nightly and computes a 0–100 health score plus a churn-risk band (low, medium, high) for each member, based on recent event attendance and outstanding dues. Company Admins can also refresh scores on demand from the Member Health Score page.

Can members pay their dues online?

Yes. Member dues invoices support online payment, with unpaid, paid, and overdue statuses tracked automatically. Invoices flip to overdue once their renewal period passes.

Who can see the membership pages?

The membership pages are restricted to Company Admins of a company with the membership feature enabled. They are company-scoped, so each chamber only ever sees its own members, plans, invoices, and health scores.

How to set it up

Enable the Membership feature
A platform admin turns on the feature_membership flag in Feature Management. This unlocks the Member Directory, Dues & Renewals, Member Invoices, and Member Health Score pages for your company.

Add your members
Open Member Directory and add your member businesses — business name, category, logo, contact details, and membership status. You can also link members to event attendees so member pricing and rollups work automatically.

Create membership plans
In Dues Management, define your membership tiers and dues amounts with a monthly, annual, or one-time billing cycle.

Generate dues invoices
Use Generate Invoices to bulk-create dues invoices for a billing period. Members appear in Member Invoices where you track unpaid, paid, and overdue status and accept online payments.

Review member health
Open Member Health Score to see churn risk across your membership. Scores recalculate automatically every night, or hit Refresh Scores to update on demand.
